ERDBA's Ambassador Program was borne from the Officer "Meet N Greets" with members, evolving into a portal to tap the resources within our region to help our members. This led to the creation of an ERDBA Coach seminar and Coaches Panel.
COACHES PANEL
- We will host a ZOOM call on November 8 (8PM - 9:30) with a panel of TEAM USA Coaches who will make themselves available to Questions from ERDBA members! Our goal to to have our panel share their knowledge and experience to our members a help to their programs.

COACH SEMINAR
- We ran the 2nd ERDBA coaching seminar on May 29 as guests of the Boston Dragon Boat Festival. The positive responses reflect the positive impact of our Ambassador programs. Our goal to to have these facilitated by past and present members of TEAM USA. NOTE: This is NOT comparable to the Level 1/2/3 Coaching workshops and certifications conducted by USDBF. This is a 1 day seminar designed to introduce tools for beginner and experienced coaches to self improve, while providing a forum for discussion among peers. We hope you can attend and take advantage of this opportunity to talk COACHING!
